Furthermore, Nepalese legal framework regarding bail and its practice were thoroughly presented and commentators asserted their views by welding their experience and knowledge of law.</p>

<p>With regard to need of advanced legislative instrument dealing with information technology, government of Nepal proposed a bill in federal parliament. It became the most debated topic among experts as well as layman. On the one hand, it faced the massive criticism as it was claimed to restrict freedom of expression unreasonably. On the other hand, this bill was welcomed warmly as it was capable of addressing recent developments in information technology. With presence of experts, a discussion was held regarding possible positive and negative impacts of this bill.</p>
