Selbstdarstellung endlich vorbei ist, kommt das Hauptthema dieser Episode: Die Achtsamkeit. Was ist die Achtsamkeit, welche Übungen gibt es, wozu sind sie gut? Wir tauchen in die Thematik ein und dabei wird es zwischendurch auch musikalisch. Probieren wir eine Übung gemeinsam aus.
