Ep นี้เลยจะชวนมาดูกระบวนการคิดของทางทีมเรา เวลาที่เราต้องดีไซน์ Flow การทำงานของระบบต่าง ๆ ครับ พอดีทางเราพึ่งได้มีโปรเจ็คออกแบบระบบ Job board ให้ทางลูกค้า ที่ต้องมีส่วนของฟังก์ชัน AI ที่ช่วยเขียน Job description ให้ users ด้วย เลยจะมาลองดูกระบวนการว่า การจะใส่ AI เข้าไปในระบบ มันไม่ใช่ว่าจะแปะเข้าไปแล้วจบเลย แต่ UI ที่ users ใช้งาน มันก็ยังต้องมีหลายอย่างที่ต้องถูกออกแบบและคิดในมุม User Experience เช่นเดียวกัน

Ep นี้ชวนอาจารย์น้ำตาล (ผศ.ดร.กรชวัล ชายผา) จากคณะวิศวะคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มาแชร์ Case Study เกี่ยวกับการนำความรู้ด้านการทำ Information Design ที่เคยมาเรียนจาก Workshop ของทางพรักซุส ไปใช้เพื่อ Redesign เว็บไซต์บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นครับ ซึ่งอาจารย์ก็มาแชร์ทั้งเทคนิก ประสบการณ์ และปัญหาที่เจอของการจัดการข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อน หาของไม่เจอกัน รวมไปถึง challenges ต่าง ๆ เช่น การผลักดันการเปลี่ยนแปลงและให้ผบ.ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงใหม่ให้ได้, การจัดการกับข้อมูลในเว็บไซต์ที่มีหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่มีส่วนดูแลและไม่สามารถพุ่งไปเปลี่ยนของเค้าได้ทันที เป็นต้นครับ ซึ่ง Workshop ที่อาจารย์น้ำตาลกล่าวถึง ก็กำลังจะกลับมาในปี 2025 นี้ วันเสาร์ที่ 29 พ.ย. นี้ครับ (ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม และซื้อบัตร: https://www.ticketmelon.com/pruxus/understand-your-info-2025/ )
