No One Is Too Far Gone - Identity In Exile | A Study in Daniel - Week 4 | Tim Birdwell
No one is too far gone for the grace of God.
In Daniel 4, King Nebuchadnezzar had power, influence, success, and a heart filled with pride. God humbled him, not simply to tear him down, but to bring him back to Himself.
This week, we look at the lie of pride, the necessity of humility, and the scandalous grace of God. The same God who transformed Nebuchadnezzar is still making dead people alive today.
Who have you stopped praying for? Who have you decided could never change? And have you forgotten that, apart from Jesus, you were once that person too?

Phoenix Bible Church is a church in the heart of the city of Phoenix, Arizona. We desire to engage culture, uphold truth and love people. In a world where life can be heavy and confusing, we want to cover the hard truths - with grace. This is difficulty and messy - and so are we - but the love of Jesus meets us in our mess.
Our rhythm is to gather to worship on Sunday and then scatter during the week to love, live and lead together.
We are imperfect people moved by the perfect love of Jesus.
Come as you are. Experience His love.

Even If He Doesn't - Identity In Exile | A Study in Daniel - Week 3 | Tim Birdwell
What happens when God is able to deliver you... but He doesn’t?
In Daniel 3, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego are given a choice: bow to the idol or face the fire. Their response reveals the kind of faith that doesn’t depend on circumstances: God is able. God can deliver. But even if He doesn’t, He is still worthy of our worship.
This week, we look at the anxiety of idolatry, the peace of surrender, and the presence of God in the middle of the fire. Following Jesus doesn’t mean avoiding trouble; it means knowing we never walk through it alone.

But There Is a God - Identity In Exile | A Study in Daniel | Jeff Gokee
What do you do when the situation in front of you feels impossible?
In Daniel 2, Daniel faces a king who has made an impossible demand with deadly consequences. But instead of responding with fear, Daniel responds with wisdom, boldness, community, prayer, and trust in God.
The same God who was sovereign in Babylon is sovereign today. When life feels uncertain, we don't have to be controlled by fear, culture, circumstances, or our own understanding. We can seek God first, trust His wisdom, and remember: there is a God in heaven.
