我是一個軟體應用開程式開發(Application)的專案經理，在資訊產業擁有20年的專案管理經驗，去年剛結束一個長達5年的醫療核心專案，2022年我除了Application外，也開始負責 Infrastructure、Security、Data及AI領域的案子。
持續成長與分享，是我開設這個 Podcast 的主要目的，我會分享自己在專案管理上的一些經驗和心得，包含PM做什麼以及學習新東西後的內化知識。同時我也會邀請身邊的專業人士，一同來聊聊職場的心路歷程，以及自己的職涯發展。

我們這個角色有非常多的人是從工程師轉過來的，大部分的人在工作了三五年之後其實都會開始思考自己職涯的問題，比如說要去轉成業務，或者是轉成這個專案經理，或者是想要在技術上更進一步，或者是想要去找主管的位子等等。
我覺得我能夠提供的建議基本上就是從工程師到專案經理這個途徑，畢竟我剛才出社會的時候也是一個軟體工程師的角色，那後來我後來從工程師轉成系統分析師又轉成專案經理的角色，我想很多人在做這個決定的時候會有一些迷茫，畢竟原來你做的工作，比如寫程式，那你在寫程式的時候產出是看得見的，但專案經理的工作有時很難看到成果，或者是你要剛進入這個角色是，會很難拿捏自己在做什麼。
今天這集想跟大家分享從工程師到專案經理的這個過渡期，希望能幫忙你儘快從尷尬過渡到從容。
