<p>令和 ７ 年 12 月 22 日</p><p><br></p><p>熊本市鍼灸マッサージ師会</p><p>会長 黒田亘史</p><p><br></p><p>熊本市鍼灸マッサージ師会</p><p>令和７年度 第４回 学術研修会</p><p>報 告 書</p><p> 会 期 令和７年１２月２１日（日）</p><p> 会 場 熊本市中央公民館 ５階中会議室３・中会議室４</p><p> 受 付 ０９：００～</p><p>学術研修会 ０９：３０～１１：３０（間休憩１５分） </p><p> テーマ スポーツ後のマッサージと注意点 －多用する手技とそのノウハウ－</p><p> 講 師 橋口鍼灸院戸坂治療所 院長 橋口 賢一 先生</p><p><strong>1. 参加者数 ２４名 市師会4名 学生18名 熊本県立盲学校2名</strong></p><p><strong>2. 研修内容の要約</strong></p><p> 熊本城マラソン２０２６に向けてのケアボランティア活動に対する内容を中心に行われた。</p><p>スポーツ現場におけるケア活動の考え方とマッサージの実践方法についての解説や実践的なレクチャーとなった。</p><p>人の身体は実際に「触れる」ことでしか分からないため、機械や理論が発達しても手技による確認が不可欠である。施術者や選手の双方が安全で、事故なくケア活動を行うことが最大の目的とされる。</p><p> スポーツ活動の前後でマッサージの目的は異なり、競技後は身体を鎮静させるため、強い刺激ではなく、ゆっくりと弱い刺激を用いることが原則である。施術は事前の簡単な状態確認から始め、体幹後面や下肢後面、下肢前面を中心に、頚部などは最小限とする。</p><p>圧は「皮膚が約１ｃｍ沈む程度」を目安とし、強い体重のかけ方は避ける。</p><p> 多人数を短時間でケアする現場では、１名あたり１０分程度を目安とし、時間管理を厳守する。衛生管理（施術者の手指消毒）、丁寧な言葉遣い、対応に困った際や無理を感じた場合の担当責任者への相談、選手に対してのセルフケアの重要性のアナウンスなど、医療人としての心構えの重要性などが語られた。</p><p> また、これまでの講師のトレーナー活動の経験やスポーツ現場での鍼灸マッサージの支援活動の意義について述べられた。</p><p> 最後に、基本的な手技を守り、相手を尊重しながら安全で効果的なケアを行うことが重要であるとまとめられた。</p><p>今後も、熊本市鍼灸マッサージ師会として、会員の皆様の知識と技術の向上に資する研修会を企画・開催し、地域医療への貢献に努めてまいります。</p><p><strong>の報告書をgoogle note book MLにて対話型音源位してみました</strong></p>
