Most practices are not using their therapists properly.
Not through bad intent, but because the therapy-led model asks teams to rethink how work is distributed, how patients move through the practice, and who does what. That is a harder conversation than it sounds, and it is one very few practices have had properly.
Rachel Derby and Simon Thackeray are joined by Cat Edney, who trains practices in the therapy-led model and is direct about what it delivers for patients, for teams, and for the bottom line.
