#123 | Microsoft Planner und Project Agents News
Im Vergleich zum Mai ist beim Thema Microsoft Planner wieder etwas mehr Bewegung reingekommen: Microsoft hat insgesamt drei neue Features angekündigt und auch die Roadmap wurde mit weiteren Neuerungen gefüllt. Unter anderem geht es darum, dass das Startdatum künftig nicht mehr vor oder gleich dem Enddatum liegen muss, der Planner Agent im Standard-Client nun endlich ins Frontier-Programm aufgenommen wurde und bestehende Pläne demnächst direkt in Teams-Meetings hinzugefügt werden können. Außerdem werfen wir einen Blick auf die aktuelle Roadmap 2026 und schauen, welche weiteren Entwicklungen für Planner, Planner Premium und die Project Agents spannend werden. Viel Spaß beim Reinhören!

#122 | Der Planner Agent Standard und Pusteblumen
In dieser Folge schauen wir uns den aktuellen Stand des Planner Agent genauer an. Denn auch wenn der Name erstmal nach einer klaren Sache klingt, wird es in der Praxis schnell spannend: Copilot Chat, Basispläne, freigegebene Pläne und Premium-Pläne bieten aktuell nicht überall dieselben Möglichkeiten. Ich nehme dich mit durch die wichtigsten Funktionen, zeige dir die Unterschiede zwischen den Varianten und ordne ein, warum ausgerechnet die Premium-Erfahrung im Moment teilweise weniger modern wirkt als das, was in Copilot Chat und den Basisplänen schon möglich ist. Außerdem geht es um Scale-Operationen, Workback-Pläne, Risiken im Projektplan und den neuen MCP-Server für Planner. Kurz gesagt: Wenn du wissen willst, was der Planner Agent heute wirklich kann, wo die Grenzen liegen und worauf du beim Einsatz achten solltest, bist du in dieser Folge genau richtig.

#121| Microsoft Planner – Updates Mai 2026
Der Mai ist rum – und wenn wir auf Microsoft Planner schauen, dann war das Ganze… sagen wir mal vorsichtig: eher ruhig. Neue Features? Fehlanzeige. Trotzdem gab es eine wichtige Entwicklung, die wir uns anschauen müssen. Microsoft hat im Message Center jetzt offiziell bestätigt, dass das bereits angekündigte Feature „Planner ist jetzt in Outlook und Microsoft 365 Copilot verfügbar“ aktuell pausiert wurde. Eine klare Ansage, die so viele vermutlich schon erwartet haben – jetzt haben wir endlich die Bestätigung dazu. Sobald sich hier etwas ändert, wird das natürlich auch wieder entsprechend im Message Center kommuniziert. Da wir also keine neuen Features bekommen haben, machen wir genau das, was in solchen Monaten besonders spannend ist: Wir werfen einen Blick auf die aktuelle Roadmap. Was ist verschoben worden, welche Themen hängen noch in der Luft und vor allem, welche neuen Features hat Microsoft zumindest angekündigt? Zusätzlich schauen wir uns auch an, welche Bugs aktuell auffallen und wo es in der Praxis noch hakt – denn auch das gehört ganz klar zu den Technews dazu. Kurz gesagt: Auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick ruhig war, gibt es genug, worüber wir sprechen müssen. Also lehn dich zurück und lass uns gemeinsam durch die aktuellen Planner-Entwicklungen gehen.
