<p><strong>#2_6_Weihenstephan</strong></p><p> Der Endgegner steht auf dem Tisch. 1000 Jahre Biergeschichte im Glas. </p><p> In dieser Folge geht es um <strong>Weihenstephan</strong>: eine Brauerei, die sich selbst als älteste Brauerei der Welt bezeichnet, mit Geschichte, Gewicht und einem Namen, bei dem man fast automatisch etwas Besonderes erwartet. </p><p> Aber genau deshalb muss man fragen: <br> 👉 Kann das wirklich was – oder ist das am Ende nur sehr gutes Marketing?</p><p> Wir probieren uns durch gesponsertes Bier, reden über Erwartung, Tradition, Geschmack und die Frage, ob 1000 Jahre Geschichte im Glas wirklich spürbar sind. Ist das Handwerk? Ist das Legende? Ist das Geschmacksmache? Oder einfach Bier, das mit einem sehr schweren Rucksack antritt? </p><p> Weihenstephan ist dabei kein kleines Zufallsbier, sondern eher der Bossgegner im bayerischen Bierregal. Helles, Weißbier, Geschichte, Wissenschaft, Braukunst, Image – alles hängt irgendwie mit drin. Und genau deshalb wird es spannend: Schmeckt man Qualität, wenn man sie vorher schon erwartet? </p><p> Natürlich bleibt es wie immer nicht bei einer sauberen Verkostung. <p><strong>Prostcast – Folge 2.5</strong><br><strong>#2_5_Zombraeu</strong></p><p> Zombräu. Schon der Name klingt nicht nach Standard. </p><p> In dieser Folge stehen vier Biere auf dem Tisch, die ziemlich klar machen: Hier wird nicht einfach nur gebraut, hier wird ausprobiert, geschraubt und mit ordentlich handwerklichem Können gearbeitet. Im Glas landen diesmal: <strong>Voodoo – Summer Ale – 3,7 %</strong>, <strong>Macumba – IPA – 5,2 %</strong>, <strong>Motor Oil – Imperial Stout – 7,5 %</strong> und <strong>Roter Baron – Barrel Aged Red Ale – 9 %</strong>. Vier Biere, vier völlig unterschiedliche Richtungen und trotzdem ein ziemlich klares Gefühl: Das ist etwas anderes. </p><p> Zombräu ist eine kleine Hobbybrauerei, die irgendwann beschlossen hat, dass Hobby kein Gegensatz zu Qualität sein muss. Da steckt Leidenschaft drin. Eigensinn. Mut. Und diese schöne Art von Bier, bei der man merkt: Da hat jemand nicht einfach ein Rezept abgearbeitet, sondern wirklich Bock auf das Ergebnis gehabt. Vom leichten Summer Ale über ein IPA mit Charakter bis hin zum Imperial Stout, das schon vom Namen her nach Werkstatt, Nacht und schwerem Glas klingt, wird es diesmal alles andere als langweilig. Und spätestens beim Barrel Aged Red Ale stellt sich die Frage: <br> 👉 Ist das noch Bier – oder schon ein kleiner Anschlag auf den Feierabend?</p><p> Natürlich reden wir auch über Zombräu selbst, über die Idee dahinter, über Bier abseits der Standardspur und darüber, warum kleine Brauereien oft genau da spannend werden, wo große Marken längst aufgehört hätten zu spielen. Ein großer Dank geht raus an <strong>Basit und Tobi von Zombräu</strong> für das Paket und diese sehr besondere Auswahl. </p><p><strong>Transparenzhinweis:</strong> Die Biere wurden uns von Zombräu kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. #2_4_Darsser_Brauhaus
<p>Leider etwas Soundprobleme am anfang, beim nächstem mal sind wir noch besser vorbereitet.😅(spult gerne zur minute 10 vor danach wird besser) Ostsee im Glas. Und diesmal kam sie per Paket. </p><p> In dieser Folge stehen Biere vom <strong>Darßer Brauhaus</strong> auf dem Tisch: Pils, kalt gehopftes Pils, IPA und Dunkel. Hausgebraut, unpasteurisiert – und so frisch, dass man fast meint, irgendwo im Hintergrund rauscht noch die Küste. </p><p> Wir sprechen über das Brauhaus, über die Geschichte dahinter und darüber, warum Bier vom Darß irgendwie mehr ist als nur ein Getränk mit regionalem Etikett. Da steckt Ort drin. Handwerk. Urlaub im Kopf. Und natürlich die große Frage: <br> 👉 Schmeckt man Heimat eigentlich – oder bildet man sich das nur schön ein?</p><p> Im Glas wird es dabei ziemlich abwechslungsreich: klassisch beim Pils, aromatischer beim kalt gehopften Pils, hopfiger beim IPA und dunkler, malziger, runder beim Dunkel. Vier Biere, ein Brauhaus, und am Ende ziemlich klar: Das ist auf jeden Fall ein Geschmacksversuch wert. </p><p> Natürlich bleibt es nicht bei sauberer Verkostung. Wir reden, schweifen ab, vergleichen, wundern uns und quatschen wie immer auch genug Blödsinn, damit niemand aus Versehen denkt, das hier wäre ein Bierseminar. </p><p><strong>Transparenzhinweis:</strong> Die Biere wurden uns vom Darßer Brauhaus kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
