Non competes will soon be dead. But also maybe not?

<p>In April, the Federal Trade Commission issued a ruling stating that almost all existing non compete clauses will be null and void 120 days after the rule is registered, and that businesses are prohibited from making new ones.</p><p>Are they really going away forever? We make no bones about saying we hope so, but the courts have yet to weigh in. Dan and Dave give their opinions about the practice of using them (spoiler alert: not a fan!), and what this could mean for practices.</p>
