Psychic Sister Tea

About Psychic Sister Tea

Your psychic abilities and intuition are real, and this is the podcast that helps you develop them. Hi! We're sisters Elise & Heidi, actively developing our own psychic abilities to prove that intuition isn't reserved for the chosen few, it’s something we can all tap into. Every week, we spill the tea on spirits, intuition, mediumship, and all the woo topics most people are afraid to talk about out loud. We share jaw-dropping stories from everyday people experiencing extraordinary psychic moments. And the best part, every episode wraps up with a mini psychic development practice so you can start developing your own abilities right alongside us because just like any skill, the more you practice, the stronger your gifts become. So, whether you're a beginner exploring your spiritual gifts or deep in your awakening journey, Psychic Sister Tea is your cozy, judgment-free space to strengthen your intuition and discover what you're truly capable of.

   20. Tune Into Haunted Locations with the Psychic Sisters

Can you sense a haunting before hearing its history? Tune in as we psychically read a castle and an historical (and haunted) home. This week on Psychic Sister Tea, we're turning haunted history into a hands-on psychic development exercise and you're invited to play along! We each surprise the other with photos of a haunted location, ground ourselves, set an intention, and surrender to whatever intuitive impressions come through. Think clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and the occasional "Wait, I almost said that!" moment. You don't need to be an experienced psychic, or even see the photos, to participate. Just notice what comes up before we reveal the stories. Between the two haunted locations, there's a lot to unpack. In this episode, we're spilling the tea on: How to practice psychic development using photos of haunted places How to notice and share intuitive impressions without overthinking Haunted castle legends, ghostly footsteps, and the mysterious animal spirit The Kentucky Horror House's chilling stories and reported paranormal activity Why it's worth speaking your intuitive hits out loud, even when they sound ridiculous We also talk about why a place's history may feel heavy without automatically making it evil. Some impressions line up with the stories we find, others don't, and that's part of the practice. Want to try the exercise yourself? Watch along on your favorite podcast video player, YouTube or check our Instagram for the location photos, and tell us what YOU picked up before the reveal! Subscribe to Psychic Sister Tea, then send your spooky encounters or psychic moments to hello@psychicsistertea.com (mailto:hello@psychicsistertea.com). 19. Psychic Protection: How to Protect Your Energy and Trust Yourself!

Are you absorbing everyone else's energy? Today we are talking about 7 ways to protect your energy, protect your peace, and trust your intuition. Psychic protection doesn't have to involve elaborate rituals, scary spirits, or thirteen crystals strategically placed around your house. (Although we do love a good crystal!) And do you even NEED psychic protection? In this episode of Psychic Sister Tea, we're spilling the tea on how to protect your energy, establish energetic boundaries, and practice spiritual protection without fear. Whether you're an empath who absorbs everyone's emotions, a developing psychic medium, or someone who feels completely drained after a social gathering, this episode is for you. Because here's the thing: psychic protection isn't necessarily about keeping evil spirits away. Sometimes it's simply about knowing what's yours, what's not, and remembering that YOU are in charge of your energy. We share our personal experiences with energy sensitivity, including Heidi's unsettling encounter with what she describes as dark, shadowy tendrils during a conversation with a paranormal investigator. We also discuss why energetic hygiene can be just as important as physical hygiene. And yes, somehow this turns into a hilarious confession about how often we actually shower. No judgment here, Tea Roomies! In this episode, we're spilling the tea on: Psychic protection for beginners: Do you Need them? Why energetic boundaries don't need to be complicated or fear-based. Energy shielding techniques: How to visualize protective bubbles, light, and energetic armor. Spiritual protection rituals: Opening and closing your intuitive space before and after psychic readings. Energy cleansing and grounding: Simple ways to reset after absorbing other people's emotions. Protective crystals: Black tourmaline, malachite, and why your power doesn't depend on an object. The Threshold Exercise: An everyday intuitive development practice to recognize subtle energy shifts. Interactive psychic practice: Test your intuition with our mystery oracle card reveal! We also get into something that doesn't get nearly enough attention: physical boundaries are energetic boundaries, too. Sometimes the most powerful protection is simply saying no, leaving the party, or refusing to carry someone else's emotional baggage. So grab your favorite mug, get cozy, and join us for a conversation about reclaiming your energy and trusting your intuitive abilities. Have a psychic experience or energy protection story to share? 18. Can Objects be Haunted?

Can objects actually be haunted? We investigate cursed dolls, creepy paintings, spirit attachments, and the energy objects may leave behind. It’s spooky season at Psychic Sister Tea, and this week we’re asking a question that may permanently change the way you browse an antique store: Can objects actually be haunted? We’re diving into haunted objects, spirit attachments, residual energy, curses, energetic imprints, and even the possibility that our collective fear and attention can give an object an energy of its own. Because does a ghost really live inside a creepy doll, or could something else be happening? In this episode, we spill the tea on: The Okiku Doll, whose human hair is said to mysteriously keep growing Robert the Doll and the visitors who claim they were cursed after disrespecting him Busby’s Stoop Chair, a supposedly cursed chair connected to a centuries-old murder The Crying Boy painting that somehow survived house fires when everything around it burned The Dybbuk Box and what happens when a famous “haunting” gets debunked Spirit attachments vs. residual energetic imprints Whether curses and intentional energy could affect physical objects How fear, expectation, and collective belief might actually feed a haunting And because we can’t talk about fear without practicing discernment, we finish with an intuition exercise. Elise sends Heidi the energy of a place from her past—and what Heidi picks up is creepily specific. Play along and see what comes through for you before the reveal.
