I deep dive into why I started this podcast. I talk about childhood trauma, healing, therapy, self healing, forgiving myself and others, and feeling alone during this journey. I went through a variety of things as a child and as an adult. A lot of which I am still coping with today. The journey can be lonely and tiresome. I know someone else out there feels the same way as I do. Hopefully, I can use this episode to connect with you. XO, A
