<p>In this first episode, the group facilitator Sharon introduces parent Kathy who reveals how the public speaking program has benefited her girls age 10 and 14.</p> <p>Sharon explains the logistics and set up of a typical meeting and how they use short prepared speeches, games, impromptu speaking, and feedback to guide the children.</p> <p>They talk about a creative and very unique activity to encourage better eye contact.</p> <p>Sharon also explains the different roles the kids take on in a meeting and how the group is focused on a stress-free environment by having only participants in the hour-long bi-weekly meetings.</p> <p>Remember to subscribe to the show!</p>
