Reigniting the Employee Culture (EP 004)
<p>The other day in our daily team meeting as we gathered around our virtual table, I tossed a curve ball in the game. I shared with the team what was our new sales goal for the next 18 months and it is 10X more than what we had planned to do, and the number was something we have never even come close to reaching.</p> <p>So, on the faithful day last week when I shared our new targets their response was one, I anticipated.</p> <p>One team member revealed the core nature of our company in one statement.</p> <p>“If not now then when will we do this? And, if not us? Then who?”</p> <p>Hearing this response made all the work put into building our company culture while also growing a business over the past seven years made it completely worth the journey. This response was confirmation that our mission as a company is not only understood but it is embraced.</p> <p>Where do you start in this process?
