Mindful Joi
I’m not always full of light and love. Some days are really tough to walk and live in that light. Most days are great. Other days are really challenging, but I decided to be vulnerable and share one of my more challenging days. Since moving to Lisbon, I’ve had an amazing time, but this slower-paced life has helped me further uncover areas that need more of my care and attention.
