<p>日本では両親が離婚したあと、子供は父と母のどちらかを選ばなければなりません。</p> <p><br></p> <p>現在の日本では離婚後は父か母のどちらかが親権を持つ”単独親権”が採用されていますが、近い将来離婚後も父母双方が親権を持つ”共同親権”となる可能性があります。</p> <p><br></p> <p>共同親権にはメリットもありますが、もちろんデメリットもあります。</p> <p>それらを解決できるとしたら、共同親権は親にとっても子供にとってもポジティブな制度となりうるのでしょうか？</p> <p>#共同親権 #単独親権 #民法改正</p>
