自101年3月15日（含）以後出生、本國籍未滿3個月的新生兒，均可獲得新生兒聽力篩檢補助。所謂新生兒聽力篩檢，是指出生後24到60小時內的新生兒，可於衛生福利部國民健康署合約的醫療院所做聽力初篩，若初篩未通過，可在出院前36～60小時內進行複篩或滿月前再做複篩。依國健署統計，台灣新生兒先天性聽力損失發生率約為3‰至4‰。聽覺能力是人與外界溝通的關鍵，對於語言、智力發展和知識的獲取至關重要。先天性聽損如能在出生3個月內診斷，於6個月大前就開始配戴聽覺輔具與接受聽語療育，將來就可以達到接近正常之語言和身心發展。如果你想了解更多有關新生兒聽力障礙的議題，今天我們邀請到耳鼻喉科田輝勣醫師，請他來談一談這個議題，讓我們一同深入瞭解新生兒聽力篩檢的重要性。 B&B Radio幫幫廣播網 靜珠主持《請問醫師》 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
