<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">应试还得技术流，每一颗你都值得更好的。接下来，嗯，我们就要看第六讲信用卡诈骗罪啊，也是我们进阶部分的最后一个章节。信用卡诈骗罪为什么不把它放到最后呢？因为它太重要了啊，因为要把它要拿下，需要前期要储备好多考点好多行为模型才能把它拿下。甚至我们说我们前面诈骗罪啊什么的复习那么多，包括盗窃罪，其实也就是为了给新款诈骗罪打好基础啊。我们不断地去储备啊，为它打好基础。所以呢，说到这儿啊，你看有些同学他考试没有过，我看他啊。总结的这个失败的教训就是什么呢？我复习方法不对，我的看法是，复习方法固然重要，但是更重要的是什么？你要使用这个方法，要不断地去积累那个行为模型，积累那个知识点。你如果都不积累，不储备，你空谈复习方法是没用的。明白吧，最重要的是要干起来，要学起来就相当于有些同学说，白老师啊，你这个发型啊，太土啦，你应当找一个设计师给你。</p>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">应试还得技术流，每一颗你都值得更好的。那接下来我们看第五节财产犯罪的罪数，联系405页，那这一节太重要了，它是我们财产犯罪罪数上的一个大总结了综合运用。所以这一节你看就是两三页儿。但是呢，绝对到明年啊，绝对会出方的啊啊。这这这题库里面绝对有每年都考，你看二二年就考了。所以呢，这一块儿我们要啊，给大家把书上的这些模型呀，要一个一个来储备，要讲解。我们先看第一个模型是什么叫销赃行为，销赃行为考得最多的第一个就是盗窃加销赃。那这里面有一个标准案例是什么呢？卖数案啊，考了又考就特别喜欢考这个案例，你一定要把它印在脑海里。这个案例是啥呢，假建外地的一个商贩以来，本村购买木材，便指着邻居丙的树说，啊，丙不在家，说这些树是我的3万元卖给你，你把它罚了啊。运走钱给我就行。木宅商以现已为真，给了甲3万元，然后把这个数就罚到运。</p>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">应试还得技术流，每一颗你都值得更好的好。那接下来我们就看第四节，财产性利益，财产性利益是一个比较难的问题，比较抽象的问题。但是呢，这两年考的越来越多，所以我们今年把这一块儿来了一个大总结啊，我们一起来看。我们知道财产犯罪的对象除了有形财务之外，还包括无形的财产性利益。这个财产盈利其实主要指的就是应收账款，也就是一种什么，就是一种债权，那我们要根据具体的罪名来看常考的第一个是什么抢劫财产性利益。这里面考过一次，比如说考过什么呢？狗蛋儿坐出租车，然后呢，司机把他送到目的地。然司机说，先生，请支付车费十块钱车费狗蛋呢，给了一百块钱。司机，人家一看啊，假钱假钱我不收狗蛋，拿出刀收不收不说，捅死你啊。所以一看这个架势，哎呀，行行行算我倒霉。那你下车吧，什么下车还没找钱呢。说啊，假钱还要找。</p>
