<p>Het Besluitdonderdag 28 mei 2026</p><p><br></p><p>Na de verkiezingen van 18 maart jl. hebben de partijen Soest2002, Progressief Soest, D66 en GGS onderhandeld om tot een coalitieakkoord te komen. Inmiddels is het coalitieakkoord 'Wendbaar, weerbaar en betrouwbaar' gereed.<br><strong>Toelichting door formateur</strong><br>De bespreking van het coalitieakkoord start met een korte toelichting door formateur Arjan van Gils m.b.t. het proces om tot het coalitieakkoord te komen. <br><strong>Inhoudelijke toelichting</strong><br>Vervolgens geven de vier fractievoorzitters van de onderhandelende partijen een inhoudelijke toelichting op het akkoord.<br><strong>Reactie vanuit de partijen</strong><br>Daarna hebben de andere partijen de gelegenheid te reageren op het coalitieakkoord en de inleiding van de vier fractievoorzitters. De ervaring van vier jaar geleden, leert dat het als werkbaar wordt ervaren om vooraf de vragen kenbaar te maken, dat kan via de raadsgriffier (m.vanesterik@soest.nl). Op deze manier kan er een verdieping plaatsvinden als de vragen beantwoord worden. <br><strong>Beantwoording van vragen</strong> <br>Na een korte schorsing gaan de vier fractievoorzitters in op de vragen. Omdat het coalitieakkoord een akkoord is tussen de onderhandelende partijen wordt er verder geen besluit door de gemeenteraad gevraagd.<br><strong>Vooraf vragen aanleveren</strong><br>De fracties worden verzocht hun vragen uiterlijk op 27 mei a.s. om 12.00 uur aan de griffier te mailen via <a href="https://mailto:m.vanesterik@soest.nl">m.vanesterik@soest.nl</a>. Daar waar mogelijk worden de vragen ook vooraf beantwoord en als bijlage aan de vergaderstukken voor 28 mei toegevoegd.</p>
