در این یکی دوسالی که متاسفانه بسیاری از رستوران ها و کافه ها به دلایل مختلف از صحنه بازار حذف شده اند و به نوعی در این بیزینس شکست خورده اند برخی از آنها قبل از جمع آوری رسوران و یا کافه خود جهت مشاوره به بنده مراجعه کردند و یا خودم دلایل شکست برخی دیگر را از روی کنجکاوی بررسی کردم و به این نتیجه رسیدم که اکثر غریب به اتفاق این رستوران ها و یا کافه ها به پنج دلیل اصلی و مهم مجبور به تعطیلی کسب و کار خود شده اند. البته مسلماً دلایل دیگری نیز در این شکست نقش داشته است اما به نظر بنده این پنج دلیل مهم ترین و اثر گذار ترین دلیل شکست برخی اعضای عزیز این صنعت است که قصد دارم این پنج دلیل را با شما دوستان خوبم در میان بگذارم.
