And if we don't kickstart it, what we're going to do is we're going to Number one, lose a whole bunch of laborers that are going to go and look for jobs somewhere else. And it's going to be very difficult to replace it. And number two, we're going to whipsaw us because we won't have any supply built. And so therefore, you're going to end up having the opposite problem a couple of years from now where you've got demand and rents and pricing is going to go up. And there's going to be a lack of supply and affordability is going to get a lot worse. So I think that politicians have got to take significant action right away. and the provincial government, federal government has got to help with other ways to finance infrastructure. […]
