<p>We have doubled up on our guests this week. </p><p>Our first guest is Northern Ireland Warriors Head Coach Sheonah Forbes who talks to us about her 2026 Commonwealth Games Squad which was announced this week. Kelly catches up with Sheonah to find out more about the Warriors and their goals and aspirations for the coming years. </p><p>Our second guest is London Mavericks replacement player Sophie Egbaran who has also played for Birmingham Panthers this season. <p>On this weeks episode we sit down and talk with AO Manchester Thunder and England Roses player Amy Carter. We hear about how Amy started playing netball and her journey through the North West Pathways accumulating in her captaincy of the senior team at Manchester Thunder. We find out about Amy's debut for the England Roses and her role at the 2023 Netball World Cup in South Africa.</p><p>Off the court, Amy work as an A&E doctor as she balances the pressures of sport and her career which in itself has its own pressure points.</p><p><br></p><p>We also review round 11 of the Netball Super League, and have a quick look at the SSN and ANZ Leagues from Australia and New Zealand</p>
