In her case, the body has taught the mind how to receive faith. She has had 5 different home birth experiences, some with midwives and some without. Because of the faith training built in these experiences, she found Him calling her to write a book in 2019. Her family lives in Richmond, Virginia and cultivates 5 agricultural acres in the middle of a suburban neighborhood, with a large garden, some dairy sheep, chickens and other such creatures. </p> <p><br></p> <p>We are called as women and mothers to boldly proclaim the truth. I believe that it is my ministry to speak up and fight for the ways in which God has called us to be a mother. God has placed a deep desire in my heart to see the home birth community grow within my local community as we have limited options and access.</p> <p>Part of my story, through my own planned home birth, has been God showing me the innate design He has placed on pregnancy, birth, womanhood, and mothering.
