My Fight is Not with You, Good Sir

During Act 3 scene 1, we see arguments over who started the fight the ends in two lost lives.

Opinions are expressed by the characters, but I wish to express my own on the matter. I believe the blame lies with Tybalt, despite Mercutio's fiery words. My argument is rooted in two main points and I present a counter to my opposition in this podcast. When it comes to murder, blame should not so easily be thrown about. In this play we see two opposing sides butting heads, and had this be a real situation I'd advise further inspection rather than the thrown-together trial presented at the end of the scene. But as this is fictional (and one of my favorite acting scenes of all) I do want to express my opinions and thoughts on this treacherous matter.
