RSVP-Northern Virginia volunteer Mike McLaughlin of Fairfax Station, VA., talks with Rob Paine of RSVP about how RSVP helped him make the transition from the corporate world to volunteering in retirement. Mike volunteers with several nonprofits through RSVP including the Northern Virginia Senior Olympics where he doubled the NVSO's annual fundraising intake in one year. Mike also helps Fairfax seniors "Age in Place" as a volunteer driver for the Shepherd Center of Fairfax - Burke, Va. RSVP is the official volunteer provider of the games.
