<p>Welcome to the 6th and final episode of Runner 2 Runner. In today's episode, I am talking to my head coach at Millbrook, Mr. Dustin Adams. Adams has been a teacher in World History and the coach for Millbrook distance for now 11 years. He ran at Millbrook when he was in high school and Majored in History when he was in college. Adams has been the best coach that I could ever ask for, and today he is here to talk about his coaching career.</p> <p>I would like to thank everyone who took the opportunity to listen to my podcast. I would also like to thank my guests for taking time out of there day, to talk to me about some of the key components that play an important role in running. This is definitely one of the coolest experiences I've had!!</p>
