A Message for Men - Episode 202

In the modern world there are many men looking for help and guidance, as they lack proper male role models. In response, many men have taken to the internet to try and guide these men and lead them in what they believe to be 'the way'.

Some of these men are successful and give good advice, others are complete charlatans trying to play on men's fears and insecurities in order to sell them courses and coashing etc.

This begs the question, how should a man be in the modern world?

In this episode of Running from Comfort, I seek to answer that question by giving these men a piece of advice that either they have not heard before, or they have simply disregarded.
Have you ever wondered whether you are living up to all that God has for you in this life?

That is a question that I have been asking myself lately for quite some time. Whilst life has been good since I have been on a hiatus from creating content, I have always had this sense that I needed to be do something more, as though I was not fulfilling my God given potential.

So here we are, 3.5 years since my last podcast upload we are back and we are ready to roll.

In today's episode I share a little about how life has progressed since we last spoke, giving you some insight and wisdom I have learnt along the way. We also talk about Project 56, a challenge which I am currently doing on social media (more info below). Finally, we discuss the parable of the talents in the Bible and we ask the hard question...

Are you using your talent?

Project 56 is where for 56 days, I am living under the following rules:

1. Time with God daily

2. Journal daily

3. Read 10 pages daily

4. Create and post content daily

5. Exercise daily

6. Work on my business daily

7. limit social media to 1 hour daily

8. No junk food

The only exception to the above is Saturday where I do not work on my business or exercise, and once a week where I am allowed a treat. If you want to know more about the challenge, head on over to my social media channels where I am posting updates and insights daily.
