Episode 11 Sam & Vicky

Sam & Vicky are two strong and inspiring women.  I spoke to them on International Women's day about their love of running, choosing distances that others would rather avoid and desert antics! Getting lives in order, pushing into alternative sports after injury and setting goals and challenges.  I am proud to call them my friends - and I've been lucky enough to share adventures with them both.  The best.

Episode 10 Gary House

Gary House is a running coach.  Learning to adapt to change during the pandemic and moving his running community online has meant he has never looked back.  Focus on doing something, rather than nothing. Getting people together to talk at a time of challenge has meant that Gary has highlighted the importance of positivity and talking together as part of building a community.  Gary's sense of fun through social media and interactions is refreshing - be sure to check out the videos, polls and chat. You'll always get an honest answer to your running questions! I was inspired by Gary's real and motivating approach. Enjoy!

Episode 9 Jenny Doe

Jenny is an osteopath, a mountain rescue volunteer and she runs.  Along with Angus, the adventure dog, Jenny spends her time training and being part of people rescue as part of Dartmoor search and rescue team in Devon. So we met for tea and cake in a cafe ( hence the background noise!) to talk all things challenging - and there's plenty of that in this episode! (Angus came too!)
