Starting with a solo effort the break the 4-minute mile barrier, Sandy Roberts found a gem of an event that brings together the Raleigh running community in a celebration of the sport. It's one of the most anticipated mile races of the summer with elite athletes from around the world competing in it. So why not move the race around and make the most money possible?
