Podcast Overview

As you read this, Russian Trolls are trying to implode our Democracy! Chances are you've been manipulated by trolls online. We all have, whether or not we realize it. And it's only getting worse. A lot worse. Welcome to Russian Troll Farm, The Podcast, hosted by John Lavelle. This podcast is inspired by Sarah Gancher’s audaciously funny, deeply relevant, subversive play - RUSSIAN TROLL FARM, set in 2016 at the Internet Research Agency in Moscow where Russian Trolls show up to work to wreak havoc on the U.S. Presidential election. Their job - to get Trump elected. In addition to chatting with the amazing cast and creators of the play Russian Troll Farm - we’ll go beyond the stage to speak with cyber war experts regarding Russia’s ongoing and very effective efforts to create chaos and division in the U.S. The play, RUSSIAN TROLL FARM, is about the 2016 election. The impact of Russia’s internet trolls today is massively greater.
