<p>In tonights' episode of MNL, Pastor Brian and our intern Elizabeth take a deep dive into the book "Knowing God" by J.I. Packer, as they speak on Chapter 2 of the book, titled "The People Who Know Their God". Brian and Elizabeth go into what it truly means to know God and have a strong relationship with him and identify common misconceptions between <u><strong>knowing God</strong></u> and <u><strong>knowing about God</strong></u>. They also identify 4 key characteristics of people who truly know God, and how we can manifest those qualities in our own lives, looking at the life of Daniel as an example. They break down on what shame truly is, how it affects our lives, and the importance of being unashamed of God's work in our lives.
