She later returned to Malmö to spearhead the family business Dux (Duxiana - The hotel division) who's been in the business of making beds and furniture since 1926! </p> <p>After going through her own experience, Charlotte wished for a community that could help her through her divorce. When she couldn’t find one, she created it. <strong>Charlotte takes us through how her routines have helped her shape her decisions both in business and personal life, and how her intuition has guided her journey.</strong></p>

Having the right mindset makes all the difference in keeping your momentum. </p> <p><strong>We had the pleasure to chat with Former Malaysian national swimmer, Jeffrey Ong whose career highlights include representing Malaysia at the Seoul and Barcelona Olympics, winning a gold medal in a World Cup meet as well as eight gold medals at the South East Asian Games.</strong></p> <p>Growing up in Penang, Jeffrey never imagined that he would end up on a world stage. Today, he shares with us how having a set routine early on, discipline, practice, and dedication helped him keep his intentions set on the progress vs. the prize. Jeff still holds the Malaysian national record for the 1500m Freestyle, which was set in 1991!</p> <p>We’ll hear how some of his routines have played a key role in shaping his trajectory, and his advice for keeping focus. </p>

From starting her low-waste lifestyle to moving to a zero-waste lifestyle in Malaysia, Claire has been a pioneer from the start in creating a community online for individuals to make the switch in living a more conscious life with Zero Waste KL.</p> <p>She’s a United Nations award recipient, and most recently has launched a new initiative to help provide eco-friendly female hygiene products where 5% of the proceeds will be donated to the women of the Orang Asli in Malaysia.</p>
