#87 Was "Kundalini" eigentlich ist & warum es "Die Kundalini-Energie" nicht gibt

Obwohl ich als "Kundalini Activation Process" Facilitatorin ausgebildet wurde (und seither bei KAP wieder ausgestiegenen, siehe Episode #86), hatte ich immer das Gefühl, Kundalini nicht wirklich für mich einordnen zu können. Ich habe Kundalini zwar intensiv in mir und in anderen erlebt, aber ich hab immer gefühlt: Das große Bild dazu fügt sich für mich noch nicht zusammen. Kundalini wird als mystische Energie am unteren Ende deiner Wirbelsäule beschrieben (oft auch als schlafende Schlange), die anfangen kann, aufzusteigen und dann weiten sich Energiesystem und Bewusstsein in ungeahnte Dimensionen. So weit die Theorie...und aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich auch, was damit gemeint ist. Und trotzdem fehlten für mich wichtige Puzzleteile. Es fühlte sich noch nicht rund, noch nicht stimmig an. Und so nannte ich die Kundalini eine Energie: Die Lebensenergie, die Göttliche Energie, die alles durchfließt. Und das ist auch nicht falsch! Aber meiner Meinung nach unvollständig. Seit meinem Ausstieg bei KAP und einigen Erlebnissen und Forschungen auf meiner Seite hat sich in mir eine Wahrheit ausgebreitet, die ich heute mit dir teilen will. Und: Es bleibt natürlich weiterhin eine Forschungsreise!

#86 Mein Ausstieg bei KAP

Seit ziemlich genau zwei Jahren bin ich bei KAP ausgestiegen. Das heißt, ich habe mich offiziell von dem Titel, den vertraglichen Vorschriften und dem Netzwerk getrennt. Obwohl ich schon länger gespürt habe, es steht eine Veränderung an, hat mich der Verlauf der Dinge und mein darauf folgender Austritt dann doch sehr überrascht. Das hatte ich nicht so kommen sehen! Ich erzähle heute, was passiert ist und warum ich und so viele Facilitatoren KAP verlassen haben. Meine Sessions, die ich heute immer noch mit großer Freude gebe, sind nach wie vor in der Wurzel mit KAP verbunden, aber sie sind mehr zu meinem eigenen Forschungsfeld geworden. Ich nenne meine Arbeit heute Kundalini & Higher Self Activations, der Name ist aber definitiv noch in Arbeit! #85 Lebens-Update: Partnerschaft, Mutterschaft, unsere neuen Paarseminare & vieles mehr

Nach langer Pause melde ich mich zurück: Mir geht es mit mir selbst, mit meinem Mann und meiner Familie so gut, wie noch nie und das hat bestimmte Gründe. Ich teile mit dir, was mir gerade in Partnerschaft und Mutterschaft hilft, entspannt, erfüllt und glücklich zu sein und was meine spirituelle Reise auf ein komplett neues Level gehoben hat. Und, Trommelwirbel bitte: Endlich ist die Katze aus dem Sack und ich darf verkünden, dass mein Mann und ich ab November diesen Jahres (2026) gemeinsam Seminare für Paare zu Intimität, Partnerschaft und bewusster Sexualität anbieten werden. Dieser Schritt war jetzt 6 Jahre lang am brodeln und jetzt gehts endlich los. Halleluja! Außerdem veranstalte ich am 31.05.2026 das Tagesseminar "I AM - Ich bin Mensch & ich bin Göttlich" an, für all jene, die das außergewöhnliche Leben leben wollen, für das sie bestimmt sind.
