Ins Familienunternehmen eingestiegen ist sie vor rund fünf Jahren, damals als Leiterin der Kommunikationsabteilung. Dass sie einmal bei der Sabag AG arbeiten wird, hätte sie sich als Gymnasiastin nicht vorstellen können. Und doch war da immer eine gewisse emotionale Verbindung zum Geschäft. Heute sind nicht nur ihre Eltern ins Unternehmen involviert, sondern auch ihr Bruder, ihre Onkel, Cousins und Cou-Cousinen. Wie ist das, so eng mit der Familie zusammenzuarbeiten? Sags Frei – Kinder- und Jugendarzt Johannes Greisser
Wer sein Kind auf ADHS abklären lassen möchte, muss zurzeit je nach Region bis zu einem Jahr warten. Die Abklärungen sind zeitaufwendig, die Kinderärztinnen und -Ärzte überlastet. Für die Familien ist diese Wartezeit zäh. Was macht das mit ihnen? Und wie kann man die Wartezeit überbrücken? Johannes Greisser hat Lösungsansätze. Er ist Kinder- und Jugendarzt, seine Praxis Arche befindet sich in Aarberg. Dort wird ADHS, also die Aufmerksamkeitsdefizit- und Hyperaktivitätsstörung immer mehr zum Thema. Zudem sind zwei seiner vier Kinder davon betroffen – und auch er hat die Diagnose. Greisser sagt, sofern bei den Betroffenen ein Leidensdruck besteht, muss eine Abklärung und danach eine ganzheitliche Therapie gemacht werden. Bei Selbstdiagnosen sowie Online-Angeboten zur Selbstheilung sei hingegen Vorsicht geboten. Greisser setzt bei seinen kleinen Patientinnen und Patienten unter anderem auf das Konzept des inneren Teams. Das Modell stammt vom deutschen Psychologen Friedemann Schulz von Thun. Dazu hat Greisser Figuren entwickelt und so eine Welt erschaffen, die auch die Kleinsten verstehen. Er nennt sie "die Burggemeinschaft". Sie soll dabei helfen, Gefühle besser einordnen zu können. Zwei Bücher hat er zu diesem Thema bereits veröffentlicht, ein drittes ist in Planung. Im Podcast erzählt er, wie das Konzept funktioniert – und wie es ihm selbst geholfen hat.
