<p>Die Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) weerhou sedert ten minste April 2024 eiendomspraktisyns se Getrouheidsfondssertifikate (FFC's) op grond van BEE en verhinder hulle sodoende om wettig sake te doen. </p> <p>Sakeliga het van die PPRA 'n geskrewe onderneming vereis dat dit die beleid sal terugtrek en omkeer, na aanleiding van onlangse berigte dat die PPRA ’n tydelike onderbreking ingestel het. </p> <p>Die PPRA het nie sy amptelike beleid verander nie en ignoreer eise om die beleid in die openbaar terug te trek, afgekeurde FFC-aansoeke te heropen, en dit daartoe te verbind om soortgelyke BEE-gegronde beperkings in die toekoms te vermy. </p>
