Saleh bin Humaid (also spelled Salih ibn Humayd) is a prominent Quran reciter and Islamic scholar from Saudi Arabia, born in Buraydah, Qassim Province, in 1950.

He has also served as the head of the Saudi Shura Council (Consultative Assembly) from 2002 to 2009, and is currently an advisor to the Royal Court and a member of the Council of Senior Scholars in Saudi Arabia. Sheikh Saleh bin Humaid memorized the Holy Quran at an early age. He was the first PhD holder to be appointed as a Senior Imam at the Grand Mosque in Makkah (Masjid Al Haram) in 1983, where he continues to serve as an Imam and Khateeb (preacher).
