Filip's Chakra Dance
Čakrový tanec Vám pomůže zharmonizovat své tělo a zjistit, kde máte případně energetické bloky, které své aspekty nemáte v rovnováze a harmonii. Pro každou čakru je jedna skladba, postupně od první po sedmou čakru. Potom po krátké pauze je poslední skladba na zharmonizování celého těla.Při poslechu tančete se nebo nechte své tělo samo se pohybovat v rytmu. Je lepší mít zavřené oči. Vnímejte různé vibrace čaker.1. čakra (kořenová) je o našem vztahu k základním životním potřebám, materiálnímu zajištění, přístřeší. Jejím instinktem je přežití a rozmnožování se, její barvou červená, elementem Země a jejím potenciálem probuzení kundalini energie a hojnosti2. čakra ukazuje, jak máme zpracované emoce, sexualitu, strachy. Je umístěna asi 2cm pod pupíkem. Jejím instinktem je sexualita, barvou oranžová a elementem voda. Potenciálem je kreativita, soucit a vztah k rodině.Aktivní 3. čakra nám umožňuje se plně projevit a realizovat v tomto světě, projevit své talenty. Nachází se v solar plexu. Jejím prvotním instinktem je moc, barvou žlutá, elementem oheň. Potenciálem je samostatnost, nesobecká služba, naplnění snů a dlouhověkost.4.čakra (srdeční) je zejména o vztazích, o lásce a to nejen k ostatním, ale i k sobě. Jejím instinktem je láska, barvou zelená, elementem vzduch a potenciálem nesobecká láska, odpuštění.5. čakra (krční) ukazuje, nakolik jsme schopni volně a svobodně komunikovat. Prvotním instinktem je psychické vyjádření. Její barvou je modrá a elementem světlo. Potenciálem je osobní síla, víra a vůle.6. čakra (třetí oko - nad očima uprostřed čela) představuje spojení s intuicí. Jejím instinktem je pravda, barvou indigová modř a potenciálem seberealizace a osvícení.7. čakra na temeni hlavy nás propojuje s Bytím / Velkým Duchem / Vesmírem / Bohem, s tím, co nás přesahuje, ať už to nazýváme jakkoliv. Jejím instinktem je univerzální etika, barvou fialová, elementem čistá energie. Potenciálem je transcendence.Chakra dance helps you harmonize your body and identify where you might have energy blocks and which aspects of yourself are not in balance and harmony.
