<p>I was led to believe that my mission would be accomplished when I have found the one. And they said kids will bring you joy.</p> <p>They're not wrong, they're just misleading.</p> <p>The truth is, love in marriage and parenthood need a willingness to sacrifice.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Memasuki pernikahan dan proses bertransformasi menjadi ibu, kita sering mendengar ucapan seperti "Semoga sakinah"; "..bertambah kebahagiaan"; dan kalimat - kalimat yang membuat kita percaya bahwa kita seharusnya bahagia setelah mendapatkan pasangan dan keturunan. Tapi yang sangat jarang dipersiapkan adalah realita dan usaha untuk mencapai kebahagiaan tersebut. </p> <p>Rumput tetangga terlihat lebih hijau dan pada moment tertentu kita berusaha untuk tidak membandingkan kebahagiaan kita dengan rumah tangga orang lain. </p> <p>Oh, the things that I wish people would've told me before I got married and had kids!</p>
