<p>Demi was afgelopen jaar de Curio ambassadeur en vertegenwoordigde daarmee de MBO studenten van Curio. Na 3 seizoenen met collega's leek het mij tof om eens met haar in gesprek te gaan hoe zij als student nu eigenlijk het onderwijs ervaart. Wat is volgens de student nou écht belangrijk in lessen, bij de docenten of tijdens een opleiding? Wat heeft zij opgehaald in haar 'rondje' langs de velden voor Youtube serie Demi en Dagmar in de klas? Welke lessen kunnen wij als docenten leren van haar als student? Tipje van de sluier: 'Dans met je studenten'. </p>

Alfons Heerink over softskills in het (techniek)onderwijs
<p>Van ICT onderwijs is Alfons overgestapt naar de bouwopleidingen. Daar is hij aan het pionieren met softskills in het techniekonderwijs. Hij vertelt hoe zijn opleiding 'Leren Innnoveren' hem daarbij helpt en waarom het zo belangrijk is dat juist die mannen en vrouwen op de bouw ook bezig zijn met andere skills dan puur de bouwvaardigheden. Hij zet hiervoor Wederkerig Leren in wat goed past bij de herontwerp van de opleiding. </p>

<p>Met Joost is het altijd feest. Een feest om mee te werken, om naar te luisteren en een feest om mee te vallen. Hard op je b*k gaan en daar dan weer van opstaan en je lessen trekken. Joost is samen met Thijs van den Wijngaard en nieuwe opleiding aan het ontwikkelen: Evenementenorganisatie.
