<p>المفكر الجزائري والملقب بفيلسوف الحضارة مالك بن نبي -رحمه الله- في كتابه: “المسلم في عالم الاقتصاد” يتطرق إلى عدة نقاط تهمّ العالم الثالث بشكل عام والإسلامي بشكل خاص، والمتمحور على مستوى طنجة- جاكرتا، والذي يمثل حدود العالم الاسلامي للنهوض باقتصاده واللحاق بركب محور موسكو – واشنطن، والذي يمثل حدود العالم الغربي.</p> <p>يستهل “ابن نبي” كتابه بالتحدث عن صورة العلاقات الاقتصادية الراهنة في العالم حيث يرى أن النظرية الماركسية التي ترد المشكلة الإنسانية كلها إلى العوامل الاقتصادية قد أغفلت بعض الأشياء الجوهرية في الظاهرة الاجتماعية إلا أنه يمكن اعتبارها صادقة في الحدود التي يمكن أن تفسر فيها الظاهرة الاجتماعية تفسيرًا اقتصاديًّا.</p> <p>بعدها يذهب إلى عنصر الحتمية الاقتصادية والاستعمار الغربي ويرى أن المسلم حين وقع في الأحبولة الاستعمارية أصبح عميلا مستعبدا مستغلا من الاقتصاد الحديث بدون حول ولا قوة له، ويقول “ابن نبي” في هذا الصدد: إن الاقتصاد في الغرب قد صار -منذ قرون خلت- ركيزة أساسية للحياة الاجتماعية وقانونًا لتنظيمها، أما في الشرق فقد ظل في مرحلة الاقتصاد غير المنظم.</p>
