<p>留言告訴我你對這一集的想法: <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/cl7hqbqvm01gm01wi9qfd8ek1/comments">https://open.firstory.me/user/cl7hqbqvm01gm01wi9qfd8ek1/comments</a> <br /> <br />許多人的經驗裡,總會在完成某件事後,在內心出現一些念頭或想法。可能是暗罵自己「笨死了」,也可能是「我這麼優秀,應該要得到更多。」這些經常且重複出現的想法會不自覺的影響著我們。但過度負面的聲音,耗損著你的自信,可能會讓你做事情變得更加顧慮;而過於自負的聲音,又會讓我們過度的放大了自己的重要,對外界感到失望與憤怒。 <br />我們可以透過一些步驟,讓自己自我對話的內容改變,進而增加自信。</p><ol><li>覺察負面的自我對話:負面的自我對話出現得很「理所當然」,如果你的覺察能力還沒那麼好,就在負面對話出現時記錄下來,進而培養覺察的能力。</li><li>觀察他人受負面自我對話的影響:留意身邊總對自己說喪氣或苛刻的話的人,觀察這些語言對他們的負面影響。</li><li>阻止負面自我對話自動出現:改變負面自我對話的前提,就是對任何負面情境都不妄下結論。當負面對話出現時,盡快在腦中告訴自己「停下」,或者拍打一下身體。也有人會在手上戴上橡皮筋,在負面對話出現時拉起來彈一下,這是改變大腦神經路徑,停止負面對話的其中一個方法。</li><li>更新語言:在阻止負面語言出現的同時,也要更新正面的語言到你的大腦裡。找到最能支持自己的語言,例如「我還有夥伴支持」「我這次任務完成得漂亮」等等,這些溫和柔軟的語言就可以。</li></ol><p> <br />若是想法已經影響到身體或是生活,找專業諮商師協助自我檢討是其中一種選擇。 <br />每個人的人生,總會有一段黯淡無光。請讓專業人士,陪伴你走向有光的前方。 <br /> <br />背景音樂:<strong>"A Very Brady Special" Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com)</strong> <br /><strong>Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 4.0 License</strong> <br /><strong>http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/</strong></p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>
