Eso nos ha quedado claro, no obstante a partir de esta concepción, nacen nuevas preguntas<strong> ¿Toda la gastronomía es arte o solo la que cumple con ciertas directrices estéticas?</strong> <strong>¿Es arte la comida que es desarrollada con el fin de saciar el apetito? Sin duda, la respuesta a esta pregunta es subjetiva, ya que cada quien tiene su propia opinion y nadie es dueño de la verdad absoluta, no obstante, desde mi punto de vista,</strong> por muy rica que me sepa una hamburguesa de McDonalds, no lo consideraría arte. Entonces,<strong> ¿solo la cocina de autor es arte? Y si es así ¿Se puede considerar artistas o artesanos a los cocineros? </strong>La respuesta a esta pregunta es el fundamento sobre el que se desarrolla este episodio.</p>
