Wat is Stichting ELBHO en wat gebeurt er met een melding van stagemisbruik? Thijs Otter, de directeur en oprichter, vertelt over het protocol en brengt Tamar in contact met melder Liam. Hij werd geïntimideerd en gechanteerd tijdens zijn stage. Samen met Thijs en een collega valt Tamar het stagebedrijf van Liam binnen. Het verhaal van Liam is ingesproken door een stemacteur.

Maryam, student Communicatie, kreeg te maken met discriminatie en intimidatie bij een PR-bureau. Ook gaat Tamar in gesprek met organisatiecoach Peter Fijbes over hoe je het beste kunt handelen in zulke situaties. Het verhaal van Evi is ingesproken door een stemacteur.
