<p>Ok you've hired an agent to sell your home...now what? While they're out there marketing and showing your home, we need you to make sure that it is always looking its best. Of course we're not expecting it to look pristine all day everyday - you are allowed to live in your home still, but definitely listen to this for some pointers on how to make it look the best, and sell the fastest!</p>

<p>A LOT goes into buying a home. It's more than just looking at three homes, choosing one, and moving in. Yeah I just threw some shade at House Hunters ;)! But seriously, there's so much, from initial consultation, to figuring out financing, to identifying a neighborhood, looking at homes, negotiating and getting an offer accepted...and then there's a litany of things that happen in the 30-45 days or so you are in contract on the home before you even move in. I break all of that down and more in this episode.</p>
