Episode 014 - Elternarbeit: von Koexistenz zur Bildungspartnerschaft
Für diese Folge habe ich ein inspirierendes Gespräch mit Micha Pallesche führen dürfen. Micha ist seit 2015 Rektor der Ernst Reuter Schule in Karlsruhe und wir haben uns bei unserem CAS-Lernreise-Besuch an der ERS im Herbst 2023 kennen gelernt. Die Elternarbeit ist der Fokus in unserem Gespräch. Micha berichtet über die unterschiedlichen Bausteine davon an der ERS. Mir wird dabei schnell klar, dass die Elternarbeit nicht losgelöst von anderen Aspekten von Schule gedacht werden kann. Eine partizipative Elternarbeit oder eben Bildungspartnerschaft hat als Fundament eine Haltung gegenüber Menschen, die auf Wertschätzung, Augenhöhe & echtem Interesse basiert.
