Frysta hyror - hiss eller diss?
<p>Hyrorna har stigit betydligt snabbare än lönerna i flera år. Landets 3 miljoner hyresgäster är hårt pressade och vräkningarna ökar. Kombinationen av bostadsbrist, tvivelaktiga affärsupplägg i fastighetsbranschen och nya regler för hyresförhandlingarna har gjort att spelplanen har riggats till hyresvärdarnas fördel. Vänsterpartiet har föreslagit ett tillfälligt hyresstopp tills dess att ett nytt regelverk som jämnar ut maktbalansen är på plats. Förslaget har både hissats och dissats. Sandro och Josefin ger sin syn på saken.</p>
