In this episode, we will explore how the innate features of the Apple Watch, as well one particular third party apps that can help students manage their time more effectively and hijack the reward system in their brains to increase motivation, attention and focus on what might otherwise be viewed as mundane tasks. In addition, we will discuss the optimal educational setting for these tools, the strengths and limitations of the devices as well as how best to implement the use of apple watches in the classroom.
