Max Lorca Lloyd

In this episode, we catch up with Max Lorca Lloyd. Max is a 6'10 sophomore and a product of Northfield Mount Hermon, like fellow recent Penn alums AJ Brodeur, Jackson Donahue, and Collin McManus. During his career, he helped NMH win three NEPSAC Class AAA titles while being named NEPSAC Class AAA honorable mention twice. Max also represented Chile in the 2018 FIBA Americas U-18 Championships averaging 14 points, 11 rebounds and three blocked shots per game. In this episode, we talk about new year's resolutions, earning a gold medal, and fried Oreos.

Max Martz

This week, we caught up with Max Martz, our sophomore wing from Columbus, Ohio. On the court, he played in 26 of 27 games as a freshman, making 14 starts including 13 of the last 14 games. He was one of the Ivy League's top shooters, making 43% of his threes this season. Max is a proud Ohioan who supports all his fellow buckeyes, from LeBron James to Guy Fieri -- if only Arianna Grande was from Ohio, too. [Technical Note: apologies for my poor audio track!]

Trey Montgomery

A holiday and exam hiatus: our players were busy wrapping up the semester, so last week, we welcomed assistant coach Trey Montgomery to the podcast. He and I have become good friends over the last few years. We share the same office, we are roommates on the road, and our wives have become close as well. In fact, all of our coach staff's families are close, which makes working at Penn awesome. In this episode, Trey shares a lot about his playing career. He grew up in New Orleans, played at Sanford, then played professionally before becoming a coach.
