「え、これってアメリカだけ？」「シアトルあるあるだよねー」 そんなちょっとした違和感とか、共感って、誰かと話したくなりますよね。 このたび、ワシントン州政府が、スペイン語や日本語など、英語以外の言語を使うコミュニティのメディア向けに用意してくれたグラントをいただき、ポッドキャストという“声のメディア”に改めて挑戦することになりました。 このグラントは、日本語でのアウトリーチを広げるための新しいプロジェクトにのみ使えるもので、不慣れながらではありますが、ポッドキャストを始めます。 ポッドキャストの名前は「SEATTLE CAFE TALK」。 シアトルをはじめ、北米で暮らすいろんな方をゲストにお迎えして、仕事や暮らしのこと、思わず笑える話や、「へぇ〜」と思うような発見まで、カフェでおしゃべりしているような雰囲気で、気軽にお届けしていきます。

<p>シアトル日本語情報サイト「ジャングルシティ」のオオノタクミです。<br />「シアトル・カフェトーク」も第13回となりました。</p><p>今回は前回、第12回からの続きです。<br />ゲストは、シアトルでケータリングと料理教室を展開している「こずも食堂」の小泉佳奈子さん。</p><p>昨年、かなこさんは、シアトル・マリナーズとの3連戦でロサンゼルスから遠征してきたロサンゼルス・ドジャースの日本人選手の皆さんにお食事を提供するという、大きなお仕事を担当されました。</p><p>今回は、そのときのエピソードについてもたっぷり伺っています。<br />ぜひ最後までお付き合いください。</p>
