<p>Nesse episódio eu converso com Kelen Amanda, que tem 40 anos e é mãe de 1 filho. Antes de entrar no SECA30, ela achava que nunca poderia emagrecer ou perder a barriga pois tinha problemas no joelho e no tornozelo e pensava que não poderia emagrecer apenas com adaptações.
